Hello! I’m Randi Smith and I am so thrilled you are inquiring about Sugar Euphoria. What an immense joy it is to be considered for your upcoming wedding and I’m excited about the experience that lies ahead of you.

I realize it might be your first time inquiring about wedding cakes and desserts, so I wanted to make sure to give you a good look at all of the exciting options as you plan your wedding and define your needs.

Randi gave us the cake of our dreams! We settled on a design based on a photo she showed us and she outdid our expectations. Randi also worked with us (on relatively short notice) on a groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner. Both cakes were breathtaking and delicious. Our guests raved about her apple cake and I ended up eating two pieces of salted caramel cake around 2am after the wedding. Randi is so easy to work with. About Sugar Euphoria

Since 2012, Sugar Euphoria has had the pleasure of playing a role in the creation of a new legacy as couples share a slice of cake at their wedding.

Sugar Euphoria is a wedding cake and design boutique located in Raleigh, NC. Our confectionary creations begin with natural, locally-sourced ingredients and end with an editorial aesthetic, full of bold, yet romantic, accents.

Whether you’re looking for a timeless cake that makes a statement or a table full of your favorite treats, Sugar Euphoria remains the Triangle’s preferred dessert destination. 

Investment

Your wedding cake will be beautiful and delicious, but most of all, it’s an investment. You’re investing in the telling of your love story, the tradition of sharing cake with your spouse, and treating your guests to decadent works of art. Since you have a unique vision for your wedding cake, we take the time to craft a custom proposal that considers your favorite design elements and flavor combinations into consideration.


Cake Flavors

At Sugar Euphoria, we are passionate about our cake and ingredients. We aim to push the boundaries of flavor by offering interesting combinations that will wow your guests. All of our cakes are made fresh to order using European butter, organic eggs, fine Belgian Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal fruit where possible.

Our cake menu is carefully curated from our most popular flavors, but we are happy to create bespoke flavors for you.

Our cakes contain three layers of filling between four perfect layers of cake, artfully assembled to look immaculate when cut. The cakes are coated in a layer of silky buttercream or thin fondant over decadent white or dark chocolate ganache. We also offer beautiful semi-iced buttercream cakes.

Allergen Information: All of our cakes contain wheat, eggs and dairy. Some contain nuts.

Rainbow Bright - white funfetti cake with whipped vanilla buttercream and sprinkles

Summer Lovin’ - lemon cake filled with lemon curd and berry buttercream

Passion Flower - vanilla cake with passion fruit filling and coconut cream cheese frosting

Mint Julep - lime cake infused with a bourbon-mint syrup and bourbon buttercream

Nutty for You - pistachio cake with vanilla buttercream, bavarian cream and strawberry puree

The Bouquet - almond cake infused with rosewater extract and strawberry buttercream

Champagne Toast - champagne-infused cake with peach compote and vanilla buttercream

Caramel Delight - vanilla or chocolate cake with salted caramel and brown sugar buttercream

Floral Notes - lemon cake filled with raspberry mousse, fresh raspberries, and hibiscus buttercream

The Tropics - pistachio and cardamom cake drizzled with orange syrup and rosewater buttercream

The Neapolitan - vanilla bean cake with chocolate ganache and strawberry buttercream

Chocolate Trifecta - dark chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache and milk chocolate frosting

Jamocha Me Crazy - chocolate cake infused with Jamaican coffee and layered with dulce de leche and espresso buttercream

[Oreo] Cookie Monster - chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream

Southern Belle- rich red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting

24 Karat - carrot cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting

Tea Time - chai cake with honey and spiced cream cheese frosting

We love your work and we’re ready to book! What’s the next step?

Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the wedding.

HOW IS PRICING DETERMINED?

Pricing is based on the number of servings and the complexity of the design. The more detail, the more it will cost.  Per serving, on average, our semi-naked cakes start at $6.50 per serving, buttercream at $7.50 and fondant at $8.50.  However, we do offer a signature line of single and two-tier cakes for elopements and smaller weddings that are at a lower price point.  

HOW FAR AHEAD DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We recommend securing your date about three to six months prior. We do become fully booked at certain times of the year, so it’s highly recommended to place a deposit as soon as you’re ready.

All weddings are available on a first come, first serve basis. It is always lovely to meet before booking us, which is why we offer a tasting and design consultation. The consultation fee is $45 and will be credited toward your package if you decide to book us.  After the consultation, your date will be reserved by submitting a completed contract and a retainer.
